General Rules

If competitors are from two different divisions, the competitor from the lower division must compete up.  For example:  a novice lead and an intermediate follow must compete in the intermediate strictly.

Competitors may compete in two separate divisions for strictly only if they are switching roles.  For example, if you normally compete as a follower, you can compete one level down as a leader and in your normal division as a follower as long as the above requirements are met.
